You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for our diverse range of consulting projects and inhouse positions. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with rewarding career opportunities.Responsibilities:As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the company. Understand hiring requirements, utilize your expertise, and employ various channels such as job sites, LinkedIn recruiter and professional networks to build a robust pipeline of candidates within a short span of time.Collaborate closely with the recruiting manager as you’ll play a key role in the initial stages of talent acquisition. Take responsibility of hiring activities like reviewing applicants, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and helping with candidate onboardingScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate’s skills, experience and cultural fit.Manage interview scheduling across different time zones.Have a deep understanding of the Applicants tracking System, maintain accurate candidate records and update job requisitions as required.Elevate the candidate’s experience by ensuring clear and timely communication with the candidates at different hiring stages. Understand what makes a great candidate experience and put this at the heart of everything you do while coordinating with managers and leaders throughout the hiring process.Collaborate with the IT and HR team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for candidate.Maintain quality and quantity of candidates within the given timelines and fulfill recruitment KPI’s.Ability to support other projects as required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or any related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition as a recruiter or a sourcer. Experience in recruiting for IT roles will be a plusWork as per US Pacific time zone or choose hours with some overlap for e.g. – 6 AM MYT to 3PM MYT. One hour lunch break.Fluency in English is a must.
