Investigates and resolves semi-complex problems and coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- Target Account Coordinator is expected to analyze, interpret, or make decisions based on facts to resolve internal and external issues that align with Customer Support and Business Unit objectives.
- Expected to utilize CRM to enter, manage, and prioritize case load to attain established service level agreements (SLA).
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries; including supporting price and availability, product support, change orders, returns, credits, etc.
- Develop lasting professional relationships within organization such as: plants, warehouses, sales, mixed apparatus pricing, standard pricing, product managers, and buyers.
- Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve or escalate them to management.
- Effectively use fundamental practices and procedures around the processing and management of change orders.
- Proactively work with customers to educate and train them on tools available via iMall and other sources.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree.
- 4 plus years of practical Customer Support experience supporting industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical industries.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience with SAP or CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.
- Proficient with Office 365, TEAMS, Genesys, COMPASGO, SAP Order Management System, iMall, and Distributor Resource Center (DRC)
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.

- The pay range for this position is $43,800 – $73,500. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
