Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee complex tax investigations and disputes for both individuals and businessesDevelop and implement tax investigation strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for clientsLead and mentor a team of professionals, offering guidance and expertise in tax investigation mattersBuild strong relationships with clients, regulators, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth processesAdvise on risk management, compliance, and proactive steps to prevent future disputesCan be fully remote, WFH, flexible and hybrid working options availableAbove market rate salary up to £120k
What We’re Looking For:Extensive experience in tax investigations, dispute resolution, or tax controversyStrong leadership and management skills with a proactive approach to client serviceIn-depth knowledge of UK tax laws and HMRC proceduresACA/CTA or equivalent qualifications, with expertise in managing high-profile investigationsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong track record of building client relationshipsA leading firm specializing in tax advisory and services, this company is known for its deep expertise in navigating complex tax issues for high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and families.
