  • Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
  • Innovate the Curriculum: Play an active role in developing the Maths curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources to make learning exciting and relevant.
  • Collaborate and Share: Work closely with colleagues to exchange ideas and best practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the school.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in Maths.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
