- Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
- Monitor and Motivate: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Innovate the Curriculum: Play an active role in developing the Maths curriculum, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources to make learning exciting and relevant.

Requirements:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Maths.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
