Position: Performing Arts TeacherLocation: NorthamptonAre you passionate about the performing arts? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Performing Arts Teacher to join our vibrant community working in Secondary schools in and around Northampton!Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for drama, music, and dance classes.
- Inspire students through innovative teaching methods and performances.
- Organize and direct school productions, concerts, and showcases.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and activities.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Music, Drama, or a related field. Teaching certification and experience in secondary education preferred. Strong knowledge and passion for drama, music, and dance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
