Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group support for students
- Act as a positive role model in the classroom
- Assist teachers with resource preparation and classroom activities
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
- Bring energy and dedication to the classroom every day
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and encouraging their love of learning
- Experience working with children
- Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Confidence in leading small groups or individuals
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
