Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group support for students
  • Act as a positive role model in the classroom
  • Assist teachers with resource preparation and classroom activities
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
  • Bring energy and dedication to the classroom every day

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working with children and encouraging their love of learning
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Confidence in leading small groups or individuals
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
