Job descriptionTeaching Assistant – Blackpool:Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils at a lovely primary school near Blackpool.You will be required to prepare learning resources, communicate with parents and support pupils 1-1.Position Details:
- Location: Blackpool
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Hours: 9am-3:45pm
- Type of work: Temporary
- Full time/part time: Full time only
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £90, per day, depending on experience
- Start date: January 2025
- End date: Ongoing
The Role:
- Preparing learning resources and activities
- Communicating with the teacher to track progress of pupils
EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant experience in a school or similar setting.
- Experience of effectively and positively managing behaviour.
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but training can be provided).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
