Primary Teaching Assistant

£350-£650 per week (depending on qualifications and experience)About the roleConnex Education has established excellent relationships with Primary Schools in the Alfreton area and is currently recruiting for Primary Teaching Assistanst to start ASAP for day-to-day supply roles or to help on a long term basis.As a successful candidate, you will be supporting students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, assisting with classroom activities and providing tailored support to individuals or small groups. You will have the flexibility to work across different schools on a day-to-day basis, helping to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. The schools we work with offer an inclusive and positive atmosphere, ensuring students have the best chance to succeed.There is a growing demand for Teaching Assistants to provide valuable support, working alongside teachers to facilitate learning and help students reach their full potential.Assignment detailsWorking with Connex Education, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of schools. These day-to-day supply roles are available to start ASAP, allowing you to gain experience in different school environments. Person Specification:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, showing flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of the primary school curriculum and how to support students’ learning
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service or willingness to apply for one
