We have a range of schools around the local area looking for positive and creative Teaching Assistants to work with and support pupils in their learning.The ideal Teaching Assistant will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, assisting pupils both in and out of the classroom. You may also be expected to lead small groups of children who require additional support.Role requirements and expectations:
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment.
- Supporting students with challenging behaviour.
- Experience in assisting in Individual Education Plans.
- Have an interest in child development and education.
- Positive attitude.
- Work with students who require additional support.
- A consistent and firm approach to classroom support.
