The UCL School of Management takes full advantage of being part of a world-leading university through its interdisciplinary outlook and builds on close collaborations in both research and education with other UCL departments, including computer science, engineering, economics, psychology, public policy, statistics and medical sciences.About the roleTeaching Assistants (TAs) will supplement academic lectures through the delivery of group teaching (for example, in seminars and workshops) and associated duties for students taking modules in the School of Management. Associated duties may include marking of coursework and exams. The post holder will report to the leader of the module/s they are supporting and the appointment will be available from 23 September 2024 to 30 June 2025.About youThe successful candidate will need to meet certain criteria, including:

  • Educated to Masters level, or have equivalent qualifications or professional qualifications and experience, in a Management related field relevant to the course modules you are interested in
  • Knowledge of Statistical Foundations of Business Analytics
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, email, and the internet
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with students, academic and administrative staff at all levels
