This warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team this coming September. This role is needed due to a current member of the team retiring after 25 years! This setting currently supports 65+ pupils between the ages of 5 and 16 years. This setting offers every learner a tailored and 1:1 education that truly changes their lives. This setting is recognised as a calm and nurturing environment to thrive.This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full-time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

• Relevant SEN experience
• Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
• Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
