- Offer support to the main class teacher, assisting with the learning support required for individual needs either in groups or in a 1:1 setting
- Assist with literacy and numeracy sessions and other educational activities
- Monitor student behavior and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare classroom materials and set up equipment for lessons
- Inspire and encourage students to achieve their learning goals through individual and group tasks
