An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 administrator based within Community Recovery and Enablement Team (CERT), based at Jubilee house, Walsall. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual with previous admin experience to join our team to provide administrative servicesYou will be required to have relevant knowledge of an administrative environment,have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to prioritise your own workload.Daily duties will include enquiries from service users, carers, health professionals and other agencies and minute taking.The successful post holder will have all-round administration experience together with a good working knowledge of IT systems, data recording, proven organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner and will be required to undertake a variety of administrative tasks with in the CERT.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for applicants who are friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a busy environment.
