As a Team Leader, you will support our operational teams with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the service and line management of team colleagues. You will play a vital part in ensuring that teams are working effectively with clients and that quality and performance targets are kept on track.Include skills as belowIf you have/are you…:

• The ability to engage with clients and colleagues to develop supportive, professional relationships, challenging poor practice or performance as necessary.

• Knowledge of the issues affecting with multiple and complex needs

• Vulnerable adults who have safeguarding issues

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice, as well as restorative practice, asset based and trauma informed approaches.

• Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
