Job SummaryJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As the Team Leader – Life & Health, you will provide overall management and leadership of your team of advisors to achieve team sales, cross sales and referrals against an established plan through advice driven client discussions. You will be responsible for coaching and development of your team to ensure a high level of employee capability and engagement. You will foster a client first environment while collaborating with sales partners to meeting all insurance needs of the client by deepening the client relationship. You will need to balance the rewards of the team efficiencies and due diligence of procedures, process and guidelines relative to risk mitigation.What will you do?
- Actively lead and coach team on activities to contribute to the achievement of Client Survey goals
- Coach team on proficiencies to ensure appropriate advice and solutions based on client needs are being delivered, by providing service solutions to meet the clients’ needs as monitored through call listening and escalations
- Accountable to drive team sales effectiveness and meet team sales plan goals
- Identify opportunities and gaps in client experience performance and product knowledge through coaching sessions, observational feedback and sales effectiveness reviews and developing action plans to close these gaps
