Health and Social Care in Highland provides help and assistance in many situations arising due to illness, disability, old age or poverty.We are looking for two part-time Team Secretaries to join the Corbett Resource Centre’s registered support services, where we support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, complex needs and at times challenging behaviour.The post holders will support the staff team members, Team Leads and Manager in all aspects of administrative duties, and a working knowledge of systems such as PECOS, Care First and Microsoft 365 applications would be advantageous.The post holders will be located in the Corbett Centre’s reception area where they will provide reception and telephonist duties and will manage/record staff, clients, visitors, deliveries and trades people entering and leaving the building. Previous experience of working with members of the public is required.The Centre is open Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 4.30pm and successful candidates would work 2½ days per week .ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES

This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
