Job Title :Technical Maintenance ManagerLocation : Across multiple sites nationwideSalary : €65K + VehicleHours: 8:30- 5pmWork Environment : Hybrid working model with regular site visits.Role overview:The Technical Maintenance Manager is a role responsible for overseeing a team of mobile maintenance technicians across multiple sites in Ireland.This role is focused on delivering high-quality maintenance services, maximising asset uptime, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in team management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead and develop a team of mobile maintenance technicians, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling. Foster a positive work environment.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance across sites, ensuring high-quality work within SLAs and compliance with regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track team performance against KPIs, identify improvements, and optimize schedules and resource allocation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on maintenance activities.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage team resources, tools, equipment, and schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the mobile maintenance budget, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance, staying up-to-date with the latest maintenance technologies.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and communicate regular reports on team performance, activities, and budget.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a mobile maintenance team across multiple sites.
  • Strong technical background (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant technical qualification; Electrical or Mechanical Craft Cert
  • Experience with CMMS software is a plus.
  • Full Irish driving license (essential).
