Job description

An integral part of CV Partner’s strategy is utilizing integrations to empower our super focused approach to SaaS.

You are used to work with integrations and APIs. You care about delivering business value, as well as creating delightful integration experiences.

You do not solely see yourselves as a product manager, but you take ownership and pride to facilitate and prioritize together with your cross functional team. If you see low hanging fruits, you might even jump in to fix it.

You will be part of the product team in CV Partner, and collaborate with them on complex problems. You will also work closely with our Head of Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive the development and execution of our integration strategy. This includes identifying potential partners, technologies, and platforms for integration.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of APIs from design, development, deployment to maintenance. Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and provide a seamless integration experience for developers and end-users.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, customer success and marketing, as well as customers directly – to gather insights, define product features, and prioritize tasks that align with the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Provide technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external partners during the integration process. Ensure technical documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a backend / integration / api – developer.
  • Love problem-solving! Your most important characteristic is to understand the problem, be curious, communicate and secure involvement to find the best solutions.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, customer satisfaction and business impact.
  • Critical thinker: You analyze situations and problems considering all angles. You are able to balance the needs of the user with the needs of the business.
  • Great communication skills: Excel at effectively convey ideas, feedback, and direction to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, even without full control over all variables.
  • Fluent English speaker.
