Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our Fire Alarm Division.
Working within a team of professionals, you will work to develop our business and strengthen our Fire Alarm Division in order to meet our clients’ expectations.Working out of our Regina office, you will mainly be responsible for estimating and
coordinating the execution of fire alarm contracts. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :

  • Meet with clients to identify their needs in terms of fire alarm systems;
  • Prepare quotations in accordance with established procedures, and present them to clients;
  • Ensure quotations’ follow-up with clients;
  • Determine costs breakdown for all phases of the project, as necessary;
  • Prepare work estimation for a project;
  • Manage projects according to the site schedule, specifications and sales estimate;
  • Evaluate contract’s additional costs when applicable;
  • Participate in construction sites meetings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • College diploma in fire protection or building mechanics or civil engineering, or high school diploma and equivalent relevant experience;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the fire alarm contracting business;
  • Experience troubleshooting and/or installing fire alarm systems (an asset);
  • Knowledge of products used in fire protection and fire alarm and more specifically Notifier

products (an asset); * Proficiency in standards and codes governing the design and installation of fire alarm systems;

  • CFAA certification (an asset);
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Ability to work well independently;
  • Strong customer service skills.
