Job description
As Technical Services Officer you will have:
- Significant work experience in supporting and developing MS Windows / Microsoft Office systems in a large organisation
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of supporting, developing and delivering technical solutions across a range of platforms
- Experience of using / supporting a wide range of PC and mobile hardware devices
- Experience of supporting Enterprise network services
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own using your initiative
- High customer care skills
