Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This role involves detailed technical analysis, design, development and support of Salesforce Platform applications using existing and emerging technologies. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments as a Technical Lead/Specialist.What will you do?Perform technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, implementation, and production support for Salesforce system integrations and customizationsInvolve in all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applicationsResponsible for designing and supporting custom Salesforce applications and code to enable solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisionsSupport the team to Write, test, analyze, and implement high quality code according to specificationsDefine and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes using version control systemsIntegrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications are developed and/or maintainedTechnical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinementCreate actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements, solution decisionsAssist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiativesCoach & Mentor the development teamWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:5+ years Salesforce Development/Lead experience5+ years of Web or other similar developmentDesign, build, test, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions that may include form point-and-click configurations, workflows and flows, APEX triggers, Custom Web Services, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)Strong hands-on experience in developing with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Experience Cloud & Financial Service CloudDemonstrated experience with Change Management/DevOps processes, and ability to utilize Version Management & Source control toolsNice to have:Highly confident in the utilization of Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX (CLI)Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic solutions and interfaces2 or more of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonusWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
