The programme
Being based in Sunderland, means that your experience will be slightly different to our other Grad Programme locations, as this is the home of tombola! Where you’ll be sure to find your bounce…
As a Graduate Developer for tombola, you’ll be based at our £8 million tech campus in Sunderland, UK. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow through hands on experience and mentorships. We’ll help you develop the skills you need to become specialist in your field and become the tech leaders of tomorrow. This role offers you the chance to decide which team you want to work in, it’s tailored to your chosen career path and development – and that’s why we think it’s so great!

The progress
We’ll set you up for success from the start. You’ll have a team of Marketing experts at your fingertips, as well as our Emerging Talent Partner who is here to support you through your time on the Flutter UK & Ireland graduate programme.
The process
We will be accepting applications until 29th February 2024.
If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
Round 1: You’ll be invited to complete a short online assessment relevant to the programme you have applied for.
Round 2: You’ll be invited to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing. This round is to ensure we place you in the right area if you are successful!
Final Round: You’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2024.

Important Information:
You must have the right to work in the UK and Ireland or hold a valid work permit for a minimum of 24 months.
Your preferred programme is taken into consideration when you apply, but we reserve the right to place you across other programmes dependent on where your abilities are best suited.
