- Create, monitor and close service jobs in SAP; ensuring all progress metrics are updated throughout the rebuild process
- Create operational tasks for labour confirmation; enter components; create requisitions to initiate purchase orders for material
- Compile work order packages and issue to the shop floor
- Complete time card (labour confirmation code) entry daily
- Assist purchasing and accounting in reconciling purchase orders / requisitions for service jobs
- Compile quotations, inspection and service reports for internal and external customers
- Analyze and report on service jobs as required
Qualifications
- 2 years Customer Service Background
- Basic understanding of accounting principles beneficial
- Technical aptitude for electrical and mechanical theory
- Excellent Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work productively and efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve team goals
- Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- SAP experience beneficial
