Express Recruitment are delighted to be working partnership with a leading Leicester-based vehicle dealership, who is currently seeking a Parts/Service Advisor to join their busy team on an initial temporary basis, with a hope to become permanent.The successful candidate will act as the point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring customers receive excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar customer-orientated role is required.Roles & Responsibilities
- Dealing with and handling customer relationships, over the telephone, email and in person
- Handling all administration, accurately inputting data into the database
- Proactively supporting customers with future requirements
- Working as part of a team to drive outstanding customer service and retention
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a customer focussed role
- Good administrative skills having used a CRM in the past
- Experience working within a dealership advantageous
- Good attention to detail with ability to manage own caseload
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
