x3 Temporary Accommodation Placement Officers2x 12 Months Fixed Term Contracts1x 6 Months Fixed Term Contract(covering maternity leave, likely to be extended)35 Hours per weekAt Royal Greenwich we procure and manage private sector and council stock as temporary accommodation. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our Temporary Accommodation Placement Team, who provide a quality administration service to the team of temporary accommodation officers and the manager.You will need to have experience in a variety of administration duties, be computer literate and willing to learn new I.T skills. A good working knowledge MS Excel is required.The role is extremely varied. You will need to be quick thinking, discreet and very flexible to meet our changing priorities and deadlines. You will also be required to carry out tenancy sign ups for our clients on a daily basis.
