How can you make a difference?
UNICEF GSSC is looking for a talent who is passionate in designing and developing learning products for the Recruitment Administrative Services (RAS) Stream and their counterparts in client offices. The new Recruitment Hub will support the implementation of recruitment services for all categories of staff globally.
This is a Temporary Appointment (TA) for 364 days.
This will involve:
1. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs
2. Development of training programmes
3. Use of latest methods and technology to develop innovative learning outputs

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
Education:
Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) is a minimum requirement, supplemented by technical or university courses such as Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, Public/Business Administration, or any other relevant field is an asset.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in curriculum design and/or e-learning development is required. A completed university degree from an accredited institution will be counted as 4 years’ experience and will be counted work experience requirements (for fully completed degrees only).
- Experience with e-learning development tools, such as Articulate, Vyond, etc. and Instructional is required
- Proven adult learning training facilitation expertise, Video editing experience, Adobe suite expertise, Familiarity with SharePoint, Knowledge of eLearning management systems are an assets
Language:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an asset.
