Job description

Job specification:
- All day to day transaction postings to SAGE Cloud 50 Accounts – purchase invoices, customer invoices and month end journals
- Month end balance sheet reconciliations – payroll control, sales ledger control and purchase ledger control
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations – ensure accurate day to day timely entries for all bank transactions including providing daily cashflow forecast for management, bank statement reconciliations for all currencies.
- Quarterly VAT returns – preparation and submission to HMRC
- Liaising with external agencies
- Training
Person specification:
- Must have Sage 50 Accounts Cloud based experience
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Qualified accountant (min 3 years PQE) – can hit the ground running
- Can do attitude – all-rounder Financial accountant with solid practical nominal ledger experience and month end process experience
- Ability to work to deadline
- Ability to work autonomously and get on with the job in hand

- 9am to 5:30 or 8:30am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm
- 100% office based
- Paid Weekly
