Job description
As a Purchase Ledger, you will be a valuable member of our client’s Finance team, responsible for a variety of tasks including processing invoices, and providing HR administrative support.
- Processing invoices and maintaining purchase ledger.
- Managing payments and resolving any purchase ledger queries.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department.
- Liaising with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Supporting the HR team with keeping databases up to date.
- Ad hoc tasks.

- A strong understanding of the purchase ledger processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
