Upper Preschool Room Leader (Term Time) – (L3+) – Bexleyheath DA6 – 5 days a week, 8:30am-4pm – ASAP start – £12.50-£13 per hourThis beautiful nursery is looking for a term time only upper Preschool Room Leader to join their friendly team. They have a fantastic purpose-built setting, a private garden for each individual age group and access to a Forest School area, to ensure the children thrive during their time at nursery, both indoors and outdoors. – Taking charge of a key group of children
– Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
– Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
– Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
– Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
– Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.Candidate Requirements:
– A full and relevant Level 3 in childcare
– Commitment
– Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
– Ability to work within a team
– Broad Knowledge of EYFS and Safegurding
