Territory Business Manager will be responsible for delivering customer recommendations through effective sales calls, account development, personal rapport, science-based selling, use of promotional materials and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionalsAbility to work in demanding, fast-paced, changing environmentSuccessfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care productsPartner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within an assigned territoryBecome the owner of your territory in order to think strategically on expanding reach to our new potential customers and partner with other field-based business units.Understand and embrace navigating in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare ProfessionalUsing industry leading CRM (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) software to manage customers data, leading to better engagement.Safely and adhering to our compliance guidelines, store all product samples, maintain an accurate inventory, and effectively utilize based on customer recommendation levelsWhy you?
Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Associate degree in dental Hygiene or a Bachelor’s degree*Successful candidate will be required to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel** Candidate must reside in the territoryPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Minimum of 1 year of experience of outside dental, healthcare, or business to business account managementA successful track record with previous positions demonstrating strong leadership and performanceExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to build strong professional relationshipsAbility to swiftly adapt to changing environment to meet unexpected demands effectivelyAbility to think strategically and bring creativity to the organizationStrong organizational and administrative capability.Self-starter, self-motivated, proactiveKeen analytical sense and ability to maintain territory customer databaseIdentify high-potential dental practices based on sound business acumenDevelop and implement efficient territory routing plans to maximize business potentialClinical/Scientific aptitudeDemonstrated high-level selling skills, including account-based selling, strategic thinking, driving results, and the ability to ask for the businessBroad understanding of the local healthcare marketplace and key trendsHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
