We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Testing Manager, working under the guidance of the Program Manager. As the Testing manager, you will play a crucial role in testing the processes for designated delivery projects, including CRM2 and Integration Platform. You will be accountable for co-ordinating business input into acceptance criteria for user cases – acting as the primary point of contact with our external delivery provider on ensuring any changes are accurately reflected in DevOps.
This position offers flexibility, allowing remote work with occasional attendance at physical meetings in London SE1, typically 1 or 2 times per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the program manager and external delivery provider to accurately implement changes in DevOps, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate business input for the development of acceptance criteria in user cases.
Apply a robust methodology to effectively manage test cycles and mitigate risks. * Take charge of Release Management for impacted systems, specifically Dynamics 365, by developing and implementing reliable processes for both project and business-as-usual changes.
- Establish a resilient Change Management process, transferrable to internal staff upon project completion.
- Ensure that all releases are accompanied by comprehensive documentation.
As an integral member of the Programme Team, you will actively contribute to the overall success of the program. We are looking for a candidate who brings expertise in testing coordination, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive excellence in processes related to project delivery and system changes.
Person Specification
Essential
- An understanding of Project and Programme Management.
- Experience (2-3 years) of working as a Test Manager on a complex technology enabled change programme.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and third-party vender collaboration.
- Experience of working with a mix of internal and external teams.
- Experience of managing testing cycles involving Dynamics 365.
Desirable:
- Significant experience (4+ years) of working as a Test Manager on a complex technology enabled change programmer.
- Experience of working with DevOps
- Analytical candidate who is comfortable compiling and communicating effectively testing progress.
- A candidate who projects experience and authority
