Job Title: Test TechnicianJob DescriptionTo ensure the quality and reliability of products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting our commitment to quality.Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manufacturing solutions and provide high-quality, cost-effective services that satisfy customer requirements.
  • Establish an area of technical specialty and apply process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to the role.
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
  • Demonstrate an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how to support full processes, product requirements, specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination.
  • Execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and provide support to direct production line operators.
  • Comprehensively understand equipment and process control, safety and risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical schematics assembly
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with LabVIEW
  • A minimum of an Associate’s degree or completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science
  • Minimum of one year of related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Work EnvironmentThe role involves working with advanced test equipment and tools in a manufacturing environment. The technician will follow safety and risk awareness protocols and work independently to support production line operators. The work environment is dynamic, requiring both individual and collaborative efforts to maintain efficient testing processes.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
