Position Overview | The Testing Coordinator reports directly to the Center for Disability Access and Resources (CDAR) and plays an integral role in the University’s ability to provide reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities in compliance with Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Testing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the department’s testing accommodations for students with disabilities at all University of Idaho campuses and outreach programs. This includes hiring, training, supervising, and coordinating student/temporary employees to provide testing accommodation services; Scheduling readers/scribes; advocating on behalf of students regarding testing accommodations; and working directly with instructors to coordinate these accommodations. |
