Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with an award-winning Private Surgical Hospital, located in Birmingham, who offer a full range of specialities including ENT, Endoscopy, general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedic and cosmetic. This private hospital includes 55 en-suite patient bedrooms, 10 consulting rooms, 3 laminar flow operating theatres and an Endoscopy suite. At present, they are looking for an experienced Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner to join their staff in the Theatre department on a full-time basis.
As a Theatre Practitioner you will deliver safe quality care for patients during their perioperative phase of care. You will support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department. It important to develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self as well as applying and promoting best evidence-based practice within the scope of practice.
Role Requirements
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- 12 Months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential
- Experience working within anaesthetics
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A-C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence
