We are looking for an enthusiastic new member to join our friendly and welcoming admin support team within Therapy Services. Applicants seeking part time hours are welcome to apply. We support teams to provide Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy services to the Trust’s inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and community work.We support the therapy teams with systems of finance, procurement and rostering, enabling the clinical staff to maximise their time on patient care.Base Location: Poole Hospital, please note you will be expected to work across siteInterview Date: TBCMain duties of the jobThe successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work well within a team. Previous experience in a hospital or care environment is desirable but not essential.There will be regular supervision to support your professional development and you will have the opportunity to expand your skills through the trusts numerous training opportunities. Using payment systems for individual staff to attend external courses.Represent therapy services in welcoming new starters and students to the team and setting them up with log ins for the systems required to complete their daily work e.g., ID cards, IT system log ins, ordering uniform and answering queries.
