Supplier & Third Party Relationship Manager

Reigate – Hybrid (40% office based)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier & Third Party Relationship Manager to join our Retail business, to lead and oversee the relationship management and governance of our commercial partners, including suppliers and funded relationships.

Reporting into the Head of Retail Third Party Relationships, you will act as the main point of contact between the commercial partners and internal stakeholders in all day to day matters as well as acting as the first point of contact of escalations for BAU issues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions between Just and its commercial partners are operating efficiently and effectively.

Work with the internal Risk team to ensure that risks to Just and its commercial partners are identified, and appropriate risk mitigation actions and controls are put in place. Complete risk reporting both internally and externally.

Ensure that change requirements are managed efficiently and collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders, and with minimal disruption to normal business activity.

Manage commercial partner service performance through SLA and KPI Management, promoting the delivery of customer service excellence.

Ensure contractual documents are logged and appropriately reviewed and signed off by impacted teams

Provide regular and ad-hoc MI to the business in relation to commercial partner performance and budget management

Work in collaboration with process and operational leads across the business to ensure process touchpoints are working efficiently.

Skills and Experience:

Experience of Supplier contract management, ideally in the financial services sector (desirable and not essential)

Experience of providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

Experience of working with all levels of internal and external stakeholder

Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage projects and a diverse workload.

Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills – with the ability to communicate at all organisational levels.

Good negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to work with external and internal stakeholders to drive projects through to conclusion.

Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills

CIPS qualification (desirable)
