The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop’s primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.About the team
We are looking for a strategy analyst supporting multiple business areas including lead mining&management, channel support, performance and ROI analysis. This role is suited for an experienced analyst with consulting or tech experience with strong data skills and business insights.Responsibilities:
1. Understand cold and warm lead sources and develop lead penetration improvement strategies.
2. Support software preparation and removal of obstacles to ensure BPO projects platform stability and functionality.
3. Manage tasks, track data, and monitor metrics to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the platform and processes continuously.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, proven experience in lead management or BPO enablement strategy, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, manipulate, and interpret data. Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques is essential.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high ROI projects.
5. Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans that align with larger business objectives.Preferred Qualifications
– Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
– Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
-Strong team player, who takes strong ownership of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
