Org. Setting and Reporting

Describe briefly the primary content of the job. Content information must be summarised in three areas; a) anticipated outputs and timeliness, b) nature and level of external and internal contacts and c) managerial responsibilities (summary is to be no longer than one-half page).

Responsibilities

1-Content of job: -Organize & develops the subject of specialization. -Coordinate the teaching of the subject with subjects taught by other instructors. -Ensures the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness under the direction of the supervisors concerned. -Maintains records and control of different supplies of the section and maintain a proper utilization of the facilities & equipment -Participates in co-curricular activities in the centre and different summer courses when required. -Participate with other staff members in maintain order and discipline in the centre 2-Contacts: 1. All TVET staff. 2. TVET Acting Principal. 3. TVET General Mechanic Senior Instructor and staff.

a) Effective and positive communication skills b) Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and complete tasks on time. c) Team work skills. d) Problems solving and decisions making skills. e) Writing reports skills. f) Knowledge of MS Office Pack (word, excel, ppt).

Education

Academic & professional qualification Successful completion of full secondary education; Successful completion of two years diploma after high school in renewable energy, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field in solar energy. الحصول على شهادة التعليم الثانوي بنجاح, الحصول على دبلوم سنتين بعد الثانوية في مجال الطاقة المتجددة، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الإلكترونيات او ذات صلة في اختصاص الطاقة الشمسية.
