We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee / graduate to join our successful and proactive Wokingham based recruitment team.The Trainee Resourcer and Compliance role is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the on-boarding process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.This will be a varied role, supporting the business with in the full Recruitment 360 process, including Resourcing, Admin, Candidate Management and Compliance related tasks. We are seeking someone who has ambition to develop to full recruitment consultant role within a 12 to 18 month period.The Role

• Supporting the team with resourcing candidates for nurseries and early years settings
• Seek out, manage and maintain our database of candidates
• Telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards
• Resource candidates from job boards, social media and relevant sources
• Ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed
• Onboarding new applicants through the compliance stage to online status

• Previous experience in a similar role
