• Greet and welcome customers into the service reception
• Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs, providing accurate estimates on repair duration

• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a professional and well-presented image at all times

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Previous knowledge of the motor trade is essential
• Ability to work well in a team and deliver excellent service under pressure
• A smart appearance and a professional attitude
• Full, valid UK driver’s license is required
