About the Role:
This is an opportunity to join a brand new collaborative and high performing team, responsible for developing, delivering and consistently refining training programs for Contact and Service Centre staff.
You will be responsible for developing & conducting training sessions on student business systems, customer service standards and more, while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude and attention to detail.
Based at Footscray Park Campus & Whitten Oval and reporting into the Training Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skill set and work in a creative and vibrant team.
Two continuing full-time positions (36.75 hours per week) are being offered at the HEP Level 6 classification and the salary range is $82,372 per annum – $89,161 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution. The successful candidates will be required to work full-time on-site.
An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:
- Developing, delivering, and continuously refining training programs for Contact and Service Centre staff, focusing on enhancing customer service skills, product knowledge, and system proficiency.
- Conducting training sessions (both in-person and through digital platforms) for Contact Centre and Student Advising staff on customer service standards, and on the use of Student One and Oracle Service Cloud, including on boarding, refresher courses, and system updates, ensuring that training is engaging, informative, and tailored to the needs of different participant groups.
- Implementing independent processes and developing assessment tools to monitor training progress and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes and solving problems for continuous improvement.
