We’re looking for our next Treasury Associate. Could It Be You?The Treasury Associate provides essential support to the Treasury group in Cash Management by performing a range of critical, detail-oriented tasks and ensuring timely and accurate completion.The Treasury Associate serves as a subject matter expert in the timely processing of a high volume of treasury transactions, including foreign currency exchanges, wire transfers, bill payments, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs). Responsibilities also include reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reports, and other administrative functions.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work under pressure.Need more details? Keep reading…In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Processing high-volume incoming and outgoing payments in multiple currencies to vendors, counterparties, and clients. Reconciling bank statements against the general ledger (GL), reconciling assigned clearing accounts, and ensuring daily collateral requirements are met with counterparties
- Trade Support and Client Services: Reviewing deposits for discrepancies, confirming trades, and resolving client inquiries by collaborating with internal departments
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparing journal entries for daily fund movements and supporting production of regular reports for management
- Operational Support: Providing back-up support to the banking team, setting up EFT and wire transfers, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as required

- Have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services or brokerage industry, with a focus on treasury operations
- Have proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Trading Desk and Operations)
- Have a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, products, and services
- Have advanced reconciliation skills
- Have exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Are meticulously attentive to details and committed to accuracy with demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure
- Are tech-savvy and are proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Are highly motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and an ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional kudos if you…
