- Payment processing for PCF Group and subsidiaries (located in Poland, UK, Ireland, US and Canada)
- Monitoring cash levels in bank vs future payments, closely cooperating with Financial Planning and
- Analysis department
- Preparing recommendations for cash surplus allocation (i.e. set up bank deposit)
- Preparing accounts receivable aging report
- Taking care of banks access for users
- Contacting with banks’ support (i.e. opening new account, apply for new credit card, granting access to bank etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate information to payments related inquiries from vendors and contractors
- Process credit cards settlement and payments
QualificationsQualifications
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in accounting (in AP and AR role) or in treasury
- Experienced with Microsoft Excel (sumif, vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
- Attention to detail (required in checking payments details)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- At least B2 level English
