Job Title: Tumble Blast Cleaning Machine Operator
Location: Keene, NH
Job Type: Full time / Time-To-Hire
Starting Pay: $19+/hourAdecco is seeking a hardworking and physically fit individual to join our team as a Tumble Blast Cleaning Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the tumble blast cleaning machine to clean parts and materials efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to perform manual labor, and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality cleaning standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the tumble blast cleaning machine to clean various parts and materials.
- Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect cleaned parts for quality and make adjustments if necessary.
- Safely handle and lift heavy materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be in good physical condition to meet the physical demands of the job.
