Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to lead a significant S/4HANA and Coupa implementation project for a transportation/logistics company in the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a complex, multi-phase rollout of an existing template developed by our Singapore team.**Project Details:**
– Start Date: February 2025
– Duration: Phase 1 until October 2025, Phase 2 extending into 2026
– Location: Primarily London, with potential travel to other UK locations
– Onsite/Remote Ratio: 100% onsite in the UK**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee the rollout of the S/4HANA and Coupa template across multiple UK locations
– Manage change for Procurement (MM), Finance (FI), and Sales and Services (SD/CS) modules
– Coordinate data migration and interface preparation
– Facilitate user communication and information gathering
– Ensure successful implementation of localization requirements
– Collaborate with the Singapore team on requirement definitions
– Lead a team of senior consultants across various SAP modules**Required Skills and Experience:**
– Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects, particularly in S/4HANA and Coupa
– Strong background in project management methodologies
– Expertise in business process mapping and gap analysis
– Proven track record in change management and stakeholder communication
– Understanding of SAP modules, especially MM, FI, and SD/CS
– Experience in data migration and interface management
– Familiarity with UK business practices and potential localization needs
– Excellent communication and leadership skills**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
– Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP Activate certification preferred
– Minimum of 8 years of SAP project management experience**Additional Requirements:**
– Must be a UK resident
– Fluent in English (mandatory)
– Willingness to travel within the UK as needed**Project Utilization (FTE):**
– February – March 2025: 100%
– April – July 2025: 50%
– August – October 2025: 75%The ideal candidate will have a strong background in similar rollout projects and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
