Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Utilities Project Manager located local to the Midlands.This is a superb opportunity to join a leading civil engineering and multi utility contractor who due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager.Salary / Package:

• £65,000 – £75,000
• Company Vehicle
• 25 Days Holiday

The Role:

• As the Project Manager you will be responsible for all stages of excavation works on site.
• You will be required to be out in the field and proactively managing, coaching and mentoring the supervisors, pre-empting issues and working with them to resolve any challenges quickly and effectively.
• Co-ordinate, manage and planning of contractors / direct labour and operative resources on the project
• Liaise daily with the Operations Director
• Plan, manage and coordinate safety and site manager audits

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced and professional Project Manager
• You will have strong expertise across Civil Engineering and Utilities / multi utilities
• Ideally have worked within an ICP and focused across NERS Electrical connections up to 11kv or above (33KV / 132KV)
• Experience of managing short term civils projects and supervising civils teams
• Previous experience as a Utilities site supervisor or site manager
• General Civil Engineering knowledge
