As a UX designer, you are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms. Your role is to contribute to the definition of user journeys and the experience members and clients should have in the digital ecosystem, based on the organization’s goals, user needs and technological capabilities. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of the delivery of member- and client-focused solutions. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of the line of business. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. You put forward recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s directions and objectives. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields to identify needs and present your proposals for the user experience. More specifically, you will be required to:Define business objectives and validate user needs in collaboration with partnersConduct research and analyses to contribute to the definition of the user journeys and the desired user experienceDesign mock-ups, user personalities, functional specifications and information architectureTest solutions to understand digital client behaviours and improve platform performanceParticipate in trend monitoring and identify opportunities to improve work practices in terms of digital design and user-focused designWork in co-creation mode with the UI, product management and IT development teams to ensure that the delivered solutions align with the business objectivesWhat we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment
