They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Valuer to work on a full-time basis, based in their Teignmouth office with on target earnings of up to £35,000 pa.
This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency. Experience in valuing is essential. • A proven track record in residential property valuing as well as sales progression experience
• An outgoing and confident personality

• Highly organised and efficient approach
• Professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to use own initiative
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ideally some people management skills but not essential
• Driver’s licence / Access to own vehicle

They offer private health cover and mileage allowance plus they work a five-day working week with lieu time for working a Saturday.
