Job Title Vice President, Rabobank Canada Wholesale BankingJob DescriptionThe Vice-President position is a dynamic and flexible role that will provide the ideal candidate with a unique growth opportunity that encompasses all facets of wholesale banking, including business origination, strategic client dialogue development, portfolio management and junior team member development.Our Shared FutureYou and Your Job:The VP operates in a dynamic and demanding environment in which proactivity, flexibility and discipline are required across all areas of delivery of the loan product, from pitching through structuring and execution to follow up and monitoring. As provider of the key lending product the VP interacts with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including the Sector Heads, Industry Team Leads, Credit Analysts and Risk as well as product specialists across Rabobank (Wholesale & Rural).Responsibilities include the origination, structuring and execution of transactions within the client portfolio and for prospecting within the Canadian F&A sector. The VP is responsible for risk monitoring and (if applicable) actively supporting FRR in ongoing restructurings with the Rabobank Canada portfolio and for maintaining an active dialogue with local & regional risk managers. The VP will coach Associates and Analysts in the performance of their tasks and responsibilities. See, .​Salary Expectations:Target Hiring Range: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank/Rabobank Canada’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons.
