This strategic role involves managing large accounts and overseeing projects that could be as short as a few weeks to multi-year engagements. Someone who has a strong focus on delivering exceptional services to NGO as well as government organizations is strongly preferred. As the VP of Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading change management initiatives.Your role:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.
- Drive change management initiatives, lead conversations around change requests, and effectively negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service experiences.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance service delivery.
What you’ve got:
- Extensive professional services experience within the software space.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts in a SaaS-based, consulting, or software company.
- Proven experience in change management, with a track record of leading and implementing successful change initiatives.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive favorable outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality services and exceeding client expectations.
